Return Policy

At Life Lyne 1:5, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you need to exchange or return an item, email us at contact@LifeLyne15.com to initiate the process.

 

Returns

Customers can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving their order. Unfortunately, any items that are personalized are not eligible for return, so please make sure all information you submit is absolutely correct for any customized products.

Any issues, incidents, damages, or discrepancies with your order must be reported to our Care Team at contact@LifeLyne15.com within 5 days of delivery. In order to help us resolve your case efficiently, you must also provide all relevant details, including clear photographs of the package and/or the affected product. We will reply within 24 hours of your email request. 

To initiate the return process, contact us at contact@LifeLyne15.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason(s) for return request. A Return Authorization number (RA number) will then be provided to you with return instructions.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the following terms - items must be returned unopened, sealed, unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received by you.

Life Lyne 1:5 does not offer free shipping on returns unless product arrives damaged or the wrong item(s) is shipped to you. We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping so you can track return delivery, when returning item(s) with your own label.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

Your refund will be applied on the original form of payment within 14 days of receipt of item(s) to our facility.


Exchanges

Customers can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving their order. The item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. We cannot accept exchanges on worn or washed items. If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at contact@LifeLyne15.com. Once we receive the item(s), we will send your replacement. You will be responsible for shipping the original item(s) back to us. Please note that we do not send return shipping labels or refund shipping charges.

Also, please be aware that we are a small business, so while we are happy to exchange, we cannot cover shipping fees for returned items. We will, however, cover the cost of sending out the new item(s) to you for US shipments only. Canadian and International shipments will be charged a shipping fee for the exchange. An order can only be exchanged once. Free Gifts cannot be exchanged or returned.
